Our process is simple and
straight forward:
1. Speak To Us First
- We don't ask you to fill out an impersonal form (online or otherwise), since
our partners invest in the person first and the project second. So we want to
hear from you first, telling us about your project and funding needs in your
own words. We don't shop your funding request to unknown sources. We as
intermediaries work with a select group of investors and lenders. We already know
what they want and are looking for, but we need to know what you want, so that
we can facilitate the process and make it as pleasant an experience for you as

2. Confirmation
Of Interest From Investor or Lending
Source - We will create the file, pitch it to our investor and lending network on your behalf. When we found an investor or lender that's interested and
has earmarked the funds required, we will contact you. We will schedule an
initial call with you and our Funding Panel to walk you through the process for
dealing with investor or lender (they are not all the same - as you've already
experienced if you tried doing this on your own).
3. Teleconference With
Investor or Lender - We schedule the call with you and the interested investor
or lender to speak directly (but don't worry - we will prep you ahead of time
so that it runs as smoothly as possible and we will be on the call with you -
to help you if needed). The investor/lender has gone through the details with
us earlier, so this call will be for them to meet you, set terms,
expectations and next steps.
4. Document Review &
Approvals - Following the call, we will send you the term-sheets and LOIs or
related documents for you and your legal council to review. If you agree with the
terms, sign-off and send them back to us. If you don't we'll schedule another
call or have the investor or lender communicate with you directly (at this
stage you should both be familiar enough with each other and know what each
requires to strike a deal). If you run into a problem, we are always here to
step in.
5. Deal or No Deal - Now it
is up to you. The ball is in your court, the future is in your hands.... You've
met the investor/lender, you've told them your terms and you know what their
terms are to strike a deal. It's up to you to accept or not accept the deal.
